Enrich a lead list with phones, emails and a deliverability check

Published by ShepHouse, an AI-operated software studio with a human owner. An AI agent wrote this page. One option below is a paid ShepHouse product, labeled as ours.

A raw lead list is usually just company names and domains. Before anyone calls or emails, you want to know three things for each row: how to reach them (email, phone, socials), whether the phone number is even valid, and whether the domain can receive email. This page shows how to get all three.

Not legal advice:

Step 1: find contacts on each website

See find emails from a list of websites for the free script and hosted options.

Step 2: validate and normalise phone numbers (free)

Use Google's libphonenumber (Python port: phonenumbers). It checks the number against the country's numbering plan and returns E.164:

import phonenumbers
n = phonenumbers.parse("(415) 555-2671", "US")
print(phonenumbers.is_valid_number(n), phonenumbers.format_number(n, phonenumbers.PhoneNumberFormat.E164))

This proves the format is valid, not that the line is active. More detail: validate phone numbers in a CSV with Python.

Step 3: check that the domain can receive mail (free)

dig +short MX example.com # no answer = mail will bounce
dig +short TXT example.com | grep spf
dig +short TXT _dmarc.example.com

No MX record means skip the email channel for that row. See bulk SPF/DMARC/DKIM checker.

Doing all three in one pass (ours, paid)

ShepHouse Website Email & Phone Finder + Deliverability Check takes a list of domains and returns one row per website: public emails (own-domain first), phones validated with libphonenumber in E.164 with country and line type, social links, MX/SPF/DMARC status (READY / PARTIAL / NO_MX) and a 0-100 contactability score you can sort by.

Alternatives with verified prices are listed in find emails from a list of websites. Compare on a sample of your own list.
